No Faults!

Provo City has declared us fault free! (not us personally, but the property). Which is great news especially if you want to subdivide the property.
This is a view of the living room alcove book shelves. A favorite to curl up on the custom fitted couch below to read or take a nap.

WHY ARE THERE NICKELS EMBEDDED IN YOUR FRONT PORCH?!

When the house was being completed in 1950, my dad had a gum machine and pinball game route (kiddie rides, juke boxes and video games came later). He would come home with bags of pennies, nickels and dimes after "checking the route". He decided to make it look like he spilled a bag of nickels on the front porch upon his return home. He had a bunch of nickels (some were even old Buffalo Nickels and Liberty Head Nickels) welded onto lead weights and sunk them into the newly poured concrete on the front porch.
It embues all who crosses the thresh hold with prosperity and good luck!

Aerial View Outlined in Blue

The property is outlined in blue. We have developers that want to put a home on the Northwest portion of the property and one on the Southeast corner pending okay from the engineer and the city. That being the case, we would sell the house minus the 5 garages for 750K. The house would have approximately 1/2acre.
